Aquarelle

I have just managed to get hold of some Philips Aquarelle in T5 style, quite a difference to the old setup, the T5 Aquarelle seems a lot more blueish than the T8.
The photos shows the old setup (2pcs Aquamedic ocean white 10000K, 1pcs Aquamedic planta, 1pcs Narva Nature superb) and the new one with 4pcs of Aquarelle.
The photos are taken with the exact same settings (all manual) and is verified against a color calibrated screen to be as close to reality as possible.

Let see if it makes any difference..

The new T5:s will get less blue after a couple of days/weeks – you would probably have seen the same thing with new T8 Aquarelles.

English Defdac? Then Aquarelle T8 seems more purple when they are new, if i recall it right.
I guessed that they will change color a bit, it will be interesting to see where it ends.
Do you use Aquarelle T5 on your tanks (i think i have read about that, the aquamedic pendant)?

Ja det blev ju en stor ljusskillnad!
Det är nästan så man kunde trott att du hade haft ett varmvitt i ett utav T8 innan.

Hmm.. I usually get in here from my personalized google account where I collect all aquariumblogs I follow. I will try to remember to switch to Swedish next time =)

And yepp, I have the T5 Aquarelles. They actually felt rather dim when I first fired them up in my Aquamedic pendant, but they work great and I use a low-kelvin setting on “cloudy” or “sunlight” to get good colors.

Jag hade lite av varje som sagt var innan, men det var också T5.

I try to write more or less the same information in both languages, so you will at least not be missing anything.
Hmmm. i wonder where the author field went?
