Hmmm, i made a simple monitor calibration (gamma 2) on my laptop today, now all colors on this site seems sallow, the gray is to light and the green is to light gray-greenish but other sites and pictures looks OK.
Is it just on my computer or is this how it look for others as well? is the colors dull.

The water change was delayed this time, and i could not check the correlation between nutrition levels and conductivity, a new start dose was pumped into the aquarium before i got a chance to get a water sample
.
R.Macaranda and R.walichii seems to thrive quite wall now, E.stellata lost the algae but the growth is still so so.

At the moment I’m trying to tune in my lowered nutrition schedule, it seems to be falling into place nicely with a straight conductivity graph when the start and finish values correlate.
At the moment i have the conductivity graph as a helping hand to fine tune the auto dosing schedule to keep a steady level through the week.
My Rotala walichii seems to like the new regime, it has never looked as good as it does now.

My E.stellata still has some growth problems…. it sets new sprouts every week but i will not grow fully normal this makes the algae thrive on it, the aquarium in general is very algae free.
I tried a bleach dip today to see if i can get some of the algae of it.
1 part household bleach in 19 parts of water, dip the plant for 2-3minutes and rinse very well after.
This weeks measurement:
Fe = 0.2ppm
NO3 = 10ppm
PO4 = 2ppm

I found this to be a quite funny picture, i was playing around with one of my cameras and took a picture of the water flowing from the outlet pipe down into the aquarium which created a flow of bubbles, i had to take a few pictures more and this was the best one.

I had to do some clean out this weekend, the light is quite bright now when the surface is free from plants.

Some of the buds have now become flowers, small flowers.
I have also discovered some bugs on the emersed part of the plants, i guess i will have to cut it down below the surface, then i will at least get rid of the bugs.

I have been keeping a Nesaea crassicaulis sprout which has been growing over the water level for a long time in hope of it flowering, at least it now has set some buds.

Picture of micro bubbles on Bacopa caroliniana leafs, I have never seen “real” bubbles form on this plant, but is clear it produces oxygen.

I have had the expectation that my Cardamine lyrata would set flowers when it reached up over the water surface (which most plants often do), but yet there is no flower and now it is out growing the aquarium.
