Trained goldfish
Fake or real?
During the past week i have verified that when i don’t add anything except the ordinary nutrition i get a rising oxygen trend first and then a falling one.
This entry has more information about it:
Hammerfalls video (Hearts on fire) together with the Swedish laydies curling team which won an Olympic gold medal.

I have now run the logging on the different probes for a while and I have seen some interesting things on the oxygen graph.
Water change:
It shows quit clearly why the bubbling gets so intense after the water change.
The oxygen level in the tap water is enormous and the oxygen level in the tank gets so high that every single piece of oxygen the plant produce becomes a bubble due to the high oxygen concentration in the tank.
Weekly trend:
The blue line shows that something happens between Tuesday and Wednesday, this happens despite the fact that the routine is exactly the same as the other days, if you look at the top value for each day which is at the lightning off time it clearly shows a rising trend Sunday through Tuesday but Wednesday through Friday it has changed to a falling trend.
To find the course of this i added a little CaCl2 on Thursday morning the following week (purple line) after confirming that the trend from the week before still was there (falling at Wednesday). This showed something quite interesting, as you can see Thursday and forward changed to a rising trend after this….
I will verify this a couple of times at to be sure that it was not a one time thing, i will be back.
I found this site with a lot of useful information about T5 flourescents / technic.

As usually when I’m going somewhere i get my eyes on some plant which looks interesting, today it was at Hornbach.
The bad thin is that I have no clue what one of the plants is, I know that I_MG_3784.jpg is a Hygrophilia Corymbosa “compact”, but what is the other one? I have had some thoughts about it might being some sort of Rotala grown emerged.
Anyone have a clue?
