Now im starting to get some deficiencies again.
When i looked at my Excel-sheet i found that i have been missing the one time dosing after the water changes the past couple of weeks, not to god to have a automated system which is not totally automated
I’m throwing in a picture of the aquarium as well.

The past week i have had some strange thing happening to the aquarium;
My drop checker became bluer and bluer the last days of the week, i checked the controller, everything seemed fine, checked the CO2 cylinder, not empty, checked the KH, not measurable.
Changed water and everything seems to be back on track again.
This would probably have been really bad if i didn’t have a controller, as i did it shut of the CO2 as seen in the graph, otherwise the pH probably had gone through the floor.
What made the KH not measurable is a riddle to me but probably something was wrong with the tap water as the on / off seen in the graph is very narrow the last week.
Maybe somethin at the water company?
Bottom line; don’t trust a single indicator for the CO2 level, without the drop checker i would not have seen the problem, without the controller i might had turned the CO2 up and probably caused a pH crash with dead fish as a result.

At last i have taken me the time to check and verify the conductivity measurement and made a graph of the five last weeks.
I still have slightly higher levels at the end of the week than in the beginning (measured with normal tests) and this is also clearly shown in the graph, the level raises in the beginning flattens out in the middle and gets slightly lower in the end.
I would like to connect the autodosing to the conductivity measurement now but the consentrations and dosingtimes are very different between micro and macro nutritions so it is not that easy to just ad it to the same controll straight away.

My aquarium has been growing to wild and the E.tennelus which i use as a foreground plant has become so high that the fish dont have to much spase to swim freely in.
Previous times i have cut down the tennelus i have done it by cutting it down in sequenses but this time i cut it directly an inch above the bottom. This made it easyer to pick up all the floting debri and also gave me a possibility to reuse some of the plants as it has been growing in levels over it self in layers.

I have been thinking about joining an aquarium society but never really got around to do it, but now i have.
MAF had an auction last weekend and i went to it, when I were there i thought that it was a good ideea to join it as well, so now i am a member.
I also managed to get some shrimps with me back home from the auction.
