The citizens of Sweden don’t have their minds in the gutter? Or, the Japanese have more time on their hands? Or, the greater population density in Japan produces more artistic modification permits? I think the latter is closer to the truth; that is if I’m correct assuming domestic living quarters are closer to the streets in Japan.

I think we are more into practical productions in Sweden, it is more efficient and easier to mass produce the same kind of covers.
