Technical equipment
This is the looks of my technical equipment for the moment
6kg CO2 bottle with regulator and needle valve, in an carton tube to hide it.
The parts in the aquarium cabinet:
Self designed and self made CO2 reactor (I’m going to make an entry about this later).
Electrical unit with sockets and timer.
Double nutrition pump, the containers are behind the filter canister.
CO2 controller, it does not show the right value but it keeps it steady.
Eheim 2128 proII thermo, thermo is because i wanted as few parts in the tank as possible.
The filter canister also hides a 5W UV-filter, a bit to low efficiency but anyway.

Tack, det är nästan så att man får ha skohorn, men det går, och ser ganska prydligt ut.

Det är ett hemmabygge, jag har tänkt göra ett inlägg om det senare med någon form av beskrivning.
Nu hade jag tillgång till fräs och svarv, men materialet kostade mig under 150sek.
Jag blev trött på alla reaktorer med små anslutningar och dålig / osäker öppning.

I just don’t understand why hiding the CO2 tank is necessary. I’ve always found tanks attractive. I presume the photo doesn’t provide a large enough environment to make judgment. Maybe it to keep stray hands from . . . but that doesn’t take into account it’s unsecured. My comment. Dale

My CO2 tank is not so nice to look at, it is an old fire extinguisher and is painted red but also quite worn.
